Developing policies and plans for human resources in the association and working on their procedures and application.
Carrying out everything related to completing the social research process for the applicant, starting with opening the file, studying the case, conducting the visit, recording and verifying the data, until ensuring that assistance reaches them.
Participate in planning and supervising the projects and programs presented by the association and follow up on implementation, evaluation and development in order to ensure that the desired goals are achieved.
Recording and tabulating financial transactions, extracting financial reports, and implementing regulations and plans related to accounting work in light of the association’s financial system.
Develop policies and plans to develop the association’s financial resources from fixed and stable sources and invest financial surpluses as the best investment.
Technical and administrative supervision of the work of volunteer management, and providing support to contribute to the implementation of the association’s programmes, projects and activities.
